As a pivotal member of our team, this position will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse commercial construction projects. From managing budgets and schedules to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, this role is instrumental in driving project success and maintaining Alleato Group's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: • Prepare the necessary appraisal reports to show assessment results • Interpret collected data to determine the current property value and potential future value • Make site visits to inspect the residential property or office building property to determine appraisal value and document anything that may impact property value, such as the condition of the property, any special features, and nearby properties • Gather information such as tax records from local government and assessors, comparable homes, legal descriptions, and other public records • Stay abreast with all current standards, building codes, real estate market best practices, real estate law, and regulations Qualifications: • Superb time management, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills required • Communication skills, both written and verbal, should be exceptional • Required state license or certification from a reputable appraisal organization such as Appraisal Institute or the Appraisal Foundation • College coursework in finance, real estate law, math, communications, computer science, and economics required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Computer proficient, knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software required • Although not mandatory, possession of a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous • 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial project management • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, and budgeting • Experience in the national commercial construction sector (not residential) • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel to project sites nationwide as required • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing project teams Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000
