Compensation: • Salary Range - $90,000 - $110,000 • Health Benefits • Performance-based bonus • Truck allowance • 4% match for retirement Responsibilities: • Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop comprehensive project schedules and manage resources effectively to ensure timely project completion • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to project specifications • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members • Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, is accurate, organized, and up-to-date Qualifications: • Although not mandatory, possession of a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous • 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial project management • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, and budgeting • Experience in the national commercial construction sector (not residential) • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel to project sites nationwide as required • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing project teams Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000
