    Hybrid Bilingual Inside Sales Agent This position is only for fantastic salespeople who can both sell legal services and cultivate new relationships. We provide training in what you need to know to best help clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially. The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so the legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is required because we can teach you about the family law process. Responsibilities: • Conduct consultations with potential clients in both Spanish and English to promote legal services • Manage the seamless handover of new cases to the legal team members • Engage with prospective clients who have not yet engaged our services to encourage them to do so • Maintain and update the tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources efficiently Qualifications: • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base • Possess strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with individuals • Ability to engage with various personalities and demonstrate empathy towards clients to build trust • Skilled in closing sales by creating a sense of urgency and highlighting the value of services • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills are essential • Willingness to quickly grasp new concepts such as divorce and child custody matters • Adherence to instructions, policies, and procedures is crucial • Proficient in using Windows computers and specialized software for efficient work operations Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 + with bonuses
