The ideal candidate will have a with a solid skill base in the care and use of a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment and practice proper food handling, sanitation, safety precautions, and personal hygiene, as well as act with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; preparing cold items; ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish; maintaining food logs; ensuring the quality of the food items; preparing products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines; being very solid in fundamentals of kitchen including, but not limited to knife skills and organization; ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours; and most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER with a positive, friendly attitude.
