    Job Description

    A swiftly-evolving segment of AGS is our Procurement Solutions product, which sits within the MSP business – previously known as SOW, or Services Procurement.  We are focused on changing the procurement process for labor-based services (typically on SOW) and ensuring that procurement stakeholders can be the strategic advisors to their business that they desire to be.  We shoulder the load when it comes to process and compliance by providing white-glove service, a level of visibility and insight that can enable better buying decisions and by introducing technology innovation that is game-changing.

    Through our Procurement Solutions, we are enabling better buying decisions, providing deep insight and visibility to spend, providing capacity and efficiency and transforming the acquisition process for services.

    The PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR will be first point of contact for inquiries into the program office and will enable our Procurement Operations teams to deliver the required business outcomes for our clients.

     If applicable, the Procurement Coordinator may manage the onboarding process for SOW/project-based resources, which may include background check verification, identity management and provisioning of equipment.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Triage incoming requirements to determine the most appropriate engagement path.
    • Assist client with establishing or extensions of Statements of Work (SOW) and associated resource assignments.
    • Work within established systems to set up or block/unblock suppliers for use.
    • Structure and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) to gather supplier qualification data and information.
    • Coordination with and support of the operations team, ensuring SLAs are being met.
    • Field questions from clients and handle or escalate as appropriate.
    • Assist in gathering and reporting on performance of suppliers.
    • Log all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports including program audit reports, SOW/project activity reports, invoice reports, etc.
    • Constant and professional interaction via email and phone with client, suppliers, and other partners.
    • Ensure all projects are closed in the system when notified of an end of engagement; ensure security department is notified of end of assignments, if applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Customer focus and understanding of high level of service delivery.
    •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Accuracy in high volume coordination activities.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •  Excellent documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Base knowledge of procurement and/or sourcing processes preferred 
    • VMS and/or eProcurement suite technology functionality preferred
