Head of Business Development / Strategic Partnerships, Quantum Platform
Job Description
The Head of Business Development/Strategic Partnerships oversees the internal sales function as well as coordinates channel sales with partners in order to grow the Quantum Platform. Quantum is Allegis Global Solution’s cloud-based technology and talent/data advisement services business that allows companies to more effectively get work done by providing access to all forms of workforce talent, including FTE, Contingent and Freelance labor.
This is an early stage business housed within a multi-billion dollar recruitment and services company, Allegis Group. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the ATS marketplace as well as the recruitment industry, with significant experience selling technology solutions to the Talent Acquisition community. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the creative development of sales support/marketing materials and external partnerships that will move the business forward.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of sales/sales leadership experience in and around the ATS community with a good understanding of the recruitment industry.
Driven, goal-oriented, strategic and confident in setting individual and team goals
Experienced manager/motivator of people and are accustomed to working in an entrepreneurial environment
Proven ability to communicate ideas and concepts to internal as well as external constituents in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Action-oriented leader and collaborative team player who can operate successfully across formal and informal reporting structures
Strategic idea generator with an eye for new business opportunities and technology enhancements
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform effectively with limited detail while pursuing specific business objectives
Ability to build relationships, drive partnerships and build confidence in new platforms and concepts
Strong understanding of marketing and its direct/indirect impact to the business
Deep relationships in the recruitment industry and ability to influence the market
Action-oriented leader and collaborative team player who can operate successfully across formal and informal reporting structures
Experience building a high performing team and driving success
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform effectively with limited detail while pursuing specific business objectives
Excellent business acumen, planning and communication skills
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously and independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred
