    Job Description

    Solution Architecture is responsible for ensuring that MSP solutions being deployed and operationally maintained contain the most efficient technological and business process considerations enabling the capabilities required to meet specific business needs.  This process involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts (SME’s) providing leadership and holistic views into cross-business and functional solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Architecture not only provides the business with what is needed, but also allows the business to implement effective solutions on time minimizing downstream maintenance, quality inefficiencies and long-term operational cost. Engagement goals with the Architecture team include leadership and execution coverage across the following three areas:

    • Thought Leadership
    • Solution Governance
    • Lead Development for Solutions

    The Solution Analyst functions within the Solution Architecture team:

    •  Leads low-complexity, end-to-end expansion opportunities and operational program efficiencies
    • Supports project data collection, modelling and analysis
    • Executes integration testing, analysis and validations
    • Participates in requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment of client invoicing solutions
    • Conducts technology and data staging support (functional and technical)
    • Owns technical documentation creation, analysis and maintenance (specifications, technology documents, error handling guides, test scenarios, etc.)
    • Executes technology configuration and validation
    • Provides operational and technology solution governance to cross-functional teams
    • Attends project meeting providing technology considerations, notes and takeaways
    • Conducts technology research and analysis supporting project business rules

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Thorough understanding of the Workforce Management process, including financial implications and benefits
    • Basic understanding of HR & finance data, invoicing, integrations, data transmission and general technical acumen
    • Experience managing high-level customer and VMS or other vendor relationships
    • Ability to solve technical and business problems and effectively present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
    • Excellent Customer relations skills
    • Ability to effectively present to both internal and external groups
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to provide support, training and guidance to Operations and back office business partners
    • Familiarity with and ability to write technical documentation, including specifications is preferred
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • One to Three (1-3) years of HR Technologies experience
    • One to Three (1-3) years of MSP experience
    • One (1) year of implementation or project experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
