A reputable printing company in Norfolk, VA is seeking a skilled Print Production Associate. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that all tasks are executed with utmost precision, adhering to the job description, and meeting customer deadlines. Additionally, the Print Production Associate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing bindery machinery to ensure optimal productivity. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and requires effective collaboration with fellow team members. Responsibilities: • Operations of equipment: operate cutter and folder, drill, stapler, numbering machine, and other bindery equipment • Clean and maintain equipment following daily and weekly schedules • Packaging: Monitor quality on all jobs being packaged, shrink wrap and/or box jobs for customer pickup and delivery • Booklet Making Qualifications: • Good mathematical skills • Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up and maintenance • Reliable attendance, punctuality and attention to workstation Compensation: $17.50 - $19 hourly
