    Join our team at Allegra Marketing Print Mail & Image360 Tampa-East as a Signage & Print Customer Service Specialist! The Ideal Candidate will have Sign or Print industry experience working with customers, providing quotes & proofs, and managing projects to completion. We offer a competitive salary of $24 - $28 per hour with paid time off and benefits. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales, design, and production process • Increase sales by creating lasting relationships and digging deeper into customer needs • Prepare quotes and proofs for customer approval and print-ready files for production • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Project coordination between customer, production, vendors, and installation • Use good time management to prioritize activities to increase the bottom line Qualifications: • Ability to use Quoting software, Outlook, and CRM to manage jobs and customer information • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the ability to create print and cut files for vehicle wraps and print • Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving skills • Analytical skills; ability to calculate percentages and mark-ups and accurate information required to create quotes • Professional & friendly clear-speaking voice • Two years of experience in the sign or print industry • Two years of experience in customer service Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
