Allen Automotive is hiring a part time weekend receptionist for Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm and Holidays 10am-6pm.

This individual will be a front desk greeter and must be able to communicate effectively by email, phone and in person.

Responsibilities include operating the phone system, answering and screening calls, tracking schedules for who is in and out.

Clerical functions include filing, organizing, scanning, mailing and use of outlook, Microsoft office.

Any previous counter or customer service experience is a plus! Position available immediately.
