Experienced Used Car Manager

We are looking to hire an Experienced Used Car Manager! Monitors the used car operation, administration of the department. Monitors performance of sales employees related to used cars.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include, but are not limited to the following:

Maintains a balanced inventory based on customer and market statistics.

Accountable for positive customer relations within the respective department/dealership, and meets or exceeds the District Sales Customer Service Index (CSI).

Attends Manager’s meetings as requested.

Assists in the administering of all applicable department, company-related, Operational, Safety, and Human Resources policies and procedures.

Ensures that used vehicles are being stored and displayed in an orderly manner.

Loads all incoming inventory into ADP inventory tracking systems.

Ensures that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed by Used Car Sales Personnel.

Directs and monitors dealership vehicle traffic and parking.

Monitors to ensure adherence to speed and safety requirements by all persons on Company premises.

Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against appropriate paperwork (e.g., Condition Report).

Ensures stock control numbers to cars.

Understands, keeps current and knowledgeable, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.

Professionally interacts and maintains effective and open communication with all personnel, vendors/manufacturers and customers.
