JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3.5 years of previous automobile sales experience

• Ability to work with and relate to all types of customers

• Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively with the sales department managers and staff

• Ability to meet performance targets set by management

• Excellent computer, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Willingness and ability to work during weekends and holidays

• Willingness to go through Background check and Drug test

• Valid U.S. Driver License

• Valid Sales License

• Some college degrees preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for handling walk-in and phone-in customers
• Establishing daily and monthly sales goals
• Placing phone calls to both current and potential leads
• Identifying customer’s needs and schedule appointments
• Assisting qualified customers with test drive
• Utilize the marketing department to reach out to the new and former customers
