    Do you want to help our firm and the real estate agents and lenders we serve to make homeownership a reality in the Atlanta area? We are a boutique firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced real estate closer to join our team and work directly with our clients and firm attorneys to support the team to get to a successful closing. If you are an independent, self-starter, this is the job for you! We want to be known for helping our clients get to the closing table efficiently and getting them paid. We are growing fast, and we need an experienced closer who can hit the ground running. This position requires someone who is a self-starter and requires little to no hand-holding. Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for important work, including: • Clearing Title • Preparing Commitments • Preparing Settlement Statements • Day of Closing Coordination • Working One on One With Staff Attorneys • Recording Deeds • Issuing Title Policies If these statements appeal to you, then you may be our closer: • You smile when you answer the phone and when you represent the firm in person • You are an amazing scheduler with a sickening degree of attention to detail • You are very good with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet • You are an awesome juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly • Managing a set of 30-40 Files a month would be a breeze • You have a desire to join a company that you will stay with for the long term Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate law is a MUST. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE. • Great communication skills and customer service • Team Player- No job is too small or big • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask • Highly organized • Experience with Qualia a plus • Ready to hit the ground running   Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly depending on experience
