Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the health care environment, including practice management and marketing. This level of knowledge would normally be acquired through 7-10 years’ experience in sales and sales management, medical practice consulting, administration, and/or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education/experience. Aesthetic marketplace experience preferred.
- Specialized business training completed or ongoing.
- Valid driver’s license.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Proven financial and budget management skills, to include analytical and business planning skills, demonstrated capacity to manage budgets, forecasts, expenses and marketing plans, as well as contracting and negotiating skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills commensurate with the need to work closely with internal teams, marketing, field sales and others as well as external customers and vendors/consultants.
- Broad business perspective, including sound financial skills, and a solid working knowledge of office operations and systems.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in achieving sales, marketing and corporate goals with minimal direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. #CD#
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Proficiency in computer related skills including – Word processing software, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools/programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. #CD#
- Proven ability to independently develop, lead and execute innovative strategies.
- A high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to travel with approximately 50% overnight travel including some weekend work.
- Ability to drive a car or motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
