Jakt, a full-stack product studio offering design, development, business strategy and growth marketing is looking for a Lead Designer to create a design team of A players (includes both full-time and contractors) with competencies in UX, UI, branding, and content development.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create a playbook for our design process (and how it can constantly evolve) in collaboration with our Head of Product. 
• Implement a training program for new hires (employees and contractors) on the design process/methodology.
• Develop (and evolve) process to evaluate and provide feedback to members of the design team. 
• When acting as a designer on a project, same JD as a designer (you work with our partners to design solutions to problems).
