    Come and join this fast-growing marketing team and be at the foundation of building our first recruitment marketing program to help attract veterinarians and their support staff. Our goal is to fill our outstanding veterinarian practice network with the best talent, so that they can care for and heal more pets across 165+ locations.  

    We are currently hiring a Recruitment Marketing Manager with a successful track record of filling a candidate pipeline by partnering cross functionally and developing strategic marketing plans to reach our talent acquisition goals. This role will be at the center of how both our network of 165+ individually branded practices and our corporate brand are presented to candidates driving modern and innovative recruitment marketing strategies. This includes enriching practices websites career content, activating a paid media strategy, monitoring and optimizing the performance, and overseeing or developing creative to enhance our positioning to candidates. You will bridge the worlds of marketing and talent acquisition to reach our shared goals and be the resident expert in recruitment marketing, reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing & Analytics.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing strategy to attract a highly niche candidate audience within the veterinary industry.
    • Engage and frequently communicate with Talent Acquisition Team & Marketing Team to adapt to the dynamic and fast paced changes within the veterinary industry related to marketing efforts 
    • Map the candidate journey to identify material opportunities to grow or optimize the pipeline
    • Develop digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns: leading effective campaigns across different mediums to acquire to talent for our practices
    • Develop, Test & Learn messaging, frequency and channel tests to apply learnings at scale
    • Identify and explore the full marketing channel mix opportunities for talent acquisition strategies including website content, paid media, social, email, SMS campaigns and other recruitment marketing channels
    • Develop scaled strategies for all practice’s candidate pipeline growth, with roughly 20 unique focus practice plans for hard to fill opportunities
    • Evaluate practice websites and social channels to develop new content targeted to enhance the candidate attraction
    • Manage creative development with our internal team, at times directly leading the copywriting for recruitment marketing including for job descriptions when needed
    • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
    • Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
    • Manage the timeline, and project status effectively with strong communication to stakeholders
    • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels and regions to drive strong return on investment and efficient cost per lead and cost per conversion
    • Prepare reports on a regular cadence outlining the successes, opportunity areas, and misses for recruitment marketing campaigns
    • Monitor & maximize employer branding presence and employer profiles and reviews such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed and others
    • Other business needs and duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment Marketing or related field (Marketing, Recruitment, Human Resources)
    • Experience in the veterinary, dental or medical industries preferred
    • Experience managing agency partner to execute talent acquisition media plans

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

    • Experience creating and running effective multi-channel digital candidate acquisition campaigns for both traditional and emerging recruitment marketing channels including test and learn campaigns
    • Understanding of marketing funnels and the extension to recruitment marketing
    • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and user and behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
    • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
    • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver
    • Excellent communication, team-building and agile leadership skills
    • Engages partners by actively listening and tailoring your approach
    • Self-starter mentality with effective time management skill
