Summary / Position Purpose:

As a Field Sales Representative you are selling Alliance Consumer Groups line of high quality, innovative Outdoor and Consumer Lifestyle products to current and potential business customers. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities.

Our Field Sales Representatives are business to business professionals who appreciate schedule flexibility, are goal oriented and thrive on meeting new people every day. This position offers healthcare benefits including 401K match and is a 100% remote work at home job.

Key Responsibilities

• As a 100% remote team member all communication with potential clients is over the phone and email.
• Our Reps build long lasting relationships with existing clients interested in outdoor consumer lifestyle products that result in recurring sales. Each sale is eligible for commission and periodic special incentives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
• This role has a dedicated support structure at the corporate office to ensure success.
• Ongoing development opportunities are offered for all Sales team members to continue growing your skillset.
• Working closely with other sales team members, this person will experience a close-knit team type atmosphere.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to ensure each customer receives unparalleled customer service.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call volume, Sales, and new customer acquisition goals.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· 1+ year of sales or outbound customer service experience

· Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA

and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, and other federal, state, and local standards
