    We are hiring Financial Representatives to join Alliance Financial Group. This position requires individuals to be self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You will have clear communication with organization and prioritization skills, to develop valued client relationships.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

     

    · Must have a FL drivers license prior to start date

    · Must obtain FL Life and Health license prior to start. Strongly encouraged to complete securities licensing within 3 months of hire (SIE, Series 7, 66)

    · Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or with a team

    · Requires a HIGH level of professionalism and confidentiality

    · Proven ability to listen to people and interpret their needs

    · Strong interpersonal communication and networking skills. Ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and efficiently manage correspondence

    · Develop and utilize local contacts and community relationships to aid in the sales process

    · Tech-savvy; including internal systems, ability to use Zoom, Outlook, and similar applications

    · Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed to meet client needs

    · Strong time management skills
