Be part of a Real Estate Mortgage company with over 200 5-star reviews in Zillow Responsibilities: Must have current working knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes and documentation Act as a liaison between all parties to guarantee on-time closings for your customers • Network to source new business as needed and to be able to maintain current clientele • Secure referrals from your network and contact those referrals to schedule appointments for conversations • Prepare mortgage loan applications including required supporting documentation for submission to underwriting • Ensure exceptional client experience by providing ongoing communication to applicants as necessary during various stages of the loan process • Must maintain integrity with all client sensitive data Qualifications: Embody a professional attitude and appearance Has impeccable organizational, time management and follow-up skills A team player who enjoys working for the benefits of the team Strong sales focus; loves being challenged through quotas and high-level goals; possesses the drive and desire to succeed • Have a passion for success Compensation: $180,000
