Founded in 1959, Alliance Mercantile Inc., is a large multinational manufacturer of waterproof outerwear, hi visibility safety garments, industrial safety footwear, FR clothing, work gloves, and consumer packaged goods serving the industrial, retail, ad specialty markets, as well as the drug, grocery, and mass retailers.

We are looking for a full time Customer Service and Data Entry Representative based out of our Mukilteo, Washington Office.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible for entering orders into our software system, answering customer inquiries on the phone and via e-mail. The ideal candidate will also assist with return authorizations, as well as entering credit card payments into our software system. As part of the customer service, this position will be able to assist customers and salespeople with currently inventory levels.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: The ideal candidate must be professional and act with a strong sense of urgency and be able to strive in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding and ability to use Outlook, Excel, and database programs required.

Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written required.
