We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with knowledge and experience with Title Insurance software specifically RESWARE. Responsibilities: Properly record financial transactions Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete Qualifications: Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field Compensation: $50,000
