    Position Overview:

    The Marketing Specialist - Team Leader will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and visibility in the U.S. market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to our specific target audiences. As a team leader, the Marketing Specialist will oversee 2-3 marketing personnel and report directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) and US Head.

    Key responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the U.S. Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to achieve company objectives.

    Event Planning: Event Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our participation in renewable exhibitions. Marketing & Promotion: Create momentum and hype leading up to the event through targeted B2B marketing campaigns. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts during exhibitions to ensure maximum ROI for B2B partnerships. Logistics & Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects, ensuring our presence is impactful and aligns with our B2B brand image. Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each exhibition, gathering insights to improve future B2B interactions.

    Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.). Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to ensure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Graphic Design: Able to create original content with various graphic design tools.

    Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the U.S. solar industry. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

    Collaboration & Partnership Development: Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals. Develop and nurture partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and stakeholders.

    Content & Brand Management: Oversee content creation for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels. Ensure brand consistency and positive brand image across all platforms and materials.

    Qualifications:

    Educational & Professional Background:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with proven results.

    Previous experience in the solar industry is highly desirable.

    Technical & Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics.

    Strong understanding of the U.S. market and its nuances.

    Communication & Leadership:

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

    Personal Traits:

    Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.

    Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

    Skills:

    Fluency/conversational Chinese is a plus.

    Highly proficient in SEO/SEM tools (Moz, Spyfu), email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc), analytics and automation tools.

    Highly proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite in addition to comprehensive platforms like Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.

    Proficient in Adobe, graphic design & video editing software (PS, InDesign, Canva), market analysis tools, marketing management, survey and feedback tools, content management systems (WordPress, etc), CRM software, PPC campaign management, etc.

    Excels at brand strategy, content and channel strategy.
