REAL ESTATE TAX MANAGER – IRVINE, CA Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a middle market public accounting firm in Irvine, CA looking to add a Real Estate Tax Manager to their business. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to take ownership of some very prestigious relationships, work with some of the best professionals in the industry and have a clear path to promotion. Unlike several bulge bracket consulting firms, this team is very dense with talent and selective as to whom they onboard.   REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in public accounting focusing on real estate tax.
• Tax knowledge focused on public/private REIT, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, multi-tiered partnerships, international tax, etc.
• Identifying various partnership tax issues: Waterfall and targeted allocations, 704(c), etc.
• Strong state/federal/international fillings and preparation.
• Knowledge of tax gain, income allocation for sales of properties, international fillings for foreign investors, etc.
• Experience working with Senior Partners, clients, board of directors, etc.
• Knowledge of deal structuring, tax consulting, M&A, liquidation scenarios etc.
• CPA is required
• Master’ s in Taxation preferred
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Public accounting and private industry experience desired
• Compensation is negotiable: base + bonus + equity + benefits
