EXPERIENCED DATA ANALYST WITH SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED! This is an exciting opportunity to serve as an integral member of the Finance/Analytics team, working cross-functionally with multiple departments in the organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, etc.). This position is ideal for a hands-on, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, digging into data, and finding ways to improve processes! The role encompasses multiple areas of responsibility, including analysis of sales data, data verification and migration, and maintenance of data integrity. It is also crucial that this person have prior experience utilizing Salesforce, as there will be involvement in designing, maintaining, and improving reports within this system. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ad-hoc reporting for various departments using advanced Excel formulas/functions and Salesforce data
• Extract, manipulate, process, and analyze data utilizing Salesforce and SQL queries
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvements related to current data integrity, structure, and reporting
• Possess a solid understanding and ability to navigate Salesforce and offer solutions to improve functionality
• Document processes, policies, and application configuration for users within the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience as a data/business analyst
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, etc.)
• Bachelor’ s Degree in related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills and ability to present key business issues/recommend appropriate actions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
