  • Responsibilities

    Serves as a role model and mentor to fellow Direct Support Professional

    Responsible for the daily operation of the home: ensure DSP 2 provide grocery shopping list, restocked house supplies, overseeing and track consumers’ money.

    Responsible for monitoring MARS sheet, behavioral/ABC sheets, incident reports, sleep and/or shower charts.

    Complete MOC daily email – complete one hour before the end of shift next Email: ASGMOC@alliancesummitgroup.com

    Responsible Job Duties remain as originally provided on your job description contract -Any delegation given to DSP2 are still house manager responsibility to facilitate and complete by deadline.

    Complete task given by management within 24hrs. Respond to every email.

    Manage DSP – provide coachable moments, track performance, instruct DSP on proper house flow.

    Communicate with intervention specialist when client has behaviors that need tamed.

    During assigned shifts, if a guardian, family member, client guest and/or SSA visit a client’s home – Supervisors are to be present to help answer questions or comments.

    Supervisors are required to follow company policy regarding training staff. New hire training checklist is to be completed within 1 week of new hire start date.

    Any Client appointments must be put on in-home calendars and email/calendars invite intervention specialist and operations Manager.

    Provide verbal or record of conversation to DSP’s when giving coachable moments.

    Responsible for preventing client abuse by adhering to all policies and procedures, attending periodic Training.

    Reporting suspicious and inappropriate behavior, and following mandatory abuse reporting requirements and ensure clients are properly signed in and out and that only authorized adults are allowed on site.

    Within 1 hours of an incident (MUI, UI, IR) notify TEAM – intervention specialist, operation manager and Director by calling and emailing to ASGINCIDENTREPORTS.

    Daily check HPC entries for your shift, Goals tracking and help train your staff on Brittco if needed.
