    JOB OVERVIEW:

    The Senior level HR role will provide high-level leadership and guidance across the organizations, with sPECIAL EMPHASIS ON PHARMA SALES.

    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RECRUITING, ONBOARDING, COMPENSATION FOR PHARMA SALES FORCE!

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • RECRUITS, INTERVIEW AND ESTABLISHES HIRING PROCESS FOR INTERNAL HIRES - MOSTLY PHARMA SALESFORCE
    • OVERSEES INTERNAL OR OUTSIDE RECRUITING EFFORTS FOR THE SALES ORGANIZATION.
    • Oversees the daily workflow of the department including employee compensation, benefits, and regulatory reporting
    • Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
    • Identifies key performance indicators for the organization's human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
    • RESEARCHES, DEVELOPS, AND IMPLEMENTS COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION (BENCHMARKING), BENEFITS, PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, AND EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAMS.
    • ASSISTS WITH THE RESOLUTION OF HUMAN RESOURCES, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, AND ISSUES.
    • Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
    • Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
    • WORKING CLOSELY WITH SALES LEADERSHIP AND SALES TRAINER, ESTABLISHES A SALES FORCE TRAINING PLAN Focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies. Prioritizes training objectives for selling, sales management, and sales support roles.
    • WORKING WITH SALES LEADERSHIP, DESIGNS SALES INCENTIVE COMPENSATION PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE MARKET-COMPETITIVE PAY, REINFORCE SALES ORGANIZATION STRATEGY, AND ALIGN WITH BUSINESS AND SALES ORGANIZATION OBJECTIVES. ·
    • Oversees sales compensation plan administration. Establish sales compensation program rules, policies, and procedures. Ensures sufficient resources are assigned to adequately administer sales compensation programs. Works closely with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to establish rules, policies, and procedures associated with sales compensation.
