Essential Duties:
- Recommend solutions to address business problems
- Recruit, hire and develop all employees
- Administer retirement, benefit, workers comp and compensation plan
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as OSHA and EEOC
- Administer policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain programs such as EEOC and Affirmative Action
- Coordinate employee social functions and rewards ceremonies
- Prepare and manage department budget
- Conduct training in areas of safety, health and ethics
Background Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of HR Management background, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Minimal travel
- Ability to serve staff on all shifts as necessary
