Essential Duties:

• Recommend solutions to address business problems
• Recruit, hire and develop all employees
• Administer retirement, benefit, workers comp and compensation plan
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as OSHA and EEOC
• Administer policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain programs such as EEOC and Affirmative Action
• Coordinate employee social functions and rewards ceremonies
• Prepare and manage department budget
• Conduct training in areas of safety, health and ethics

Background Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of HR Management background, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Minimal travel
• Ability to serve staff on all shifts as necessary
