Are you a manufacturing leader with a passion for training and coaching? We are seeking a Production Superintendent on 2nd shift. Our client is a pro-employee, family-oriented manufacturing company. This is a salary plus bonus role that offers PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance.

Essential Functions:

• Direct the work of hourly employees and leads
• Execute production plans
• Update plant SOPs
• Oversee inventory, suppliers and maintenance activities
• Conduct training and meetings as necessary
• Communicate with all plant employees
• Interview, train, and hire employees
• Coach employees and apply corrective action as necessary
• Comply with SQF standards, USDA regulations and OSHA regulations

Employee Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement, GMP’s, Quality tools
• Able to use Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
• Basic Math skills
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Self-starter, communicative, team oriented
• Able to work 2nd shift and 2 Saturdays per month
• Bilingual Preferred
