Alliant HR is searching for a Bank Market President. The role is focused on day-to-day management of branch activities for two locations. These efforts include public relations, business development, underwriting, and closing commercial & ag loans. Will also be expected to maintain and service an existing loan and deposit portfolio.

Essential Job Functions:

• Directs production of commercial and consumer lenders in market
• Promotes bank in assigned communities
• Plans day to day activities of your market
• Monitors loan and deposit portfolio
• Meet and exceeds production and profitability goals of market
• Leads implementation of marketing initiatives
• Supervises staff of assigned market
• Contributes to strategic discussions with Executive Leadership team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Five or more years of experience in financial industry with commercial and real estate lending
• Two years of credit analysis
• NMLS Registration or ability to attain
• Knowledge of compliance regulations for real state, installment, and commercial lending
