We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for an employee owned manufacturer (40) miles outside of Lincoln. This is the role you will want to commute for each day! Essential Responsibilities:

• Design components to meet market needs
• Develop and support manufacturing procedures, processes and equipment
• Represent Engineering as a technical resource
• Conduct research of new components, equipment or processes
• Investigate production issues and recommend solutions
• Design via CAD system
• Plan, schedule and manage engineering projects

 Background Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Expert knowledge of CAD and blue print reading
• Certified Engineer in Training or Professional Engineer
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, manufacturing software, processes and equipment
• Initial certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS
