Electrical Project Manager
Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
The Project Manager leads a team of individuals in completing projects by set deadlines to uphold business initiatives. Uses significant independent judgement and familiarity of the field to perform duties. Duties include managing budgets, advocating for additional funding for unforeseen issues, assigning project team members to staff projects as needed, creating project schedules and adhering to deadlines. This level of Project Manager is capable of handling small to large scale projects of $100k to $10 million and with a minimum of 5 years experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan and implement electrical projects
· Direct and assist the work of technical staff
· Manage purchase orders
· Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
· Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
· Maintain required project documentation
· Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with job site safety procedures
· Strong management skills
· Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
· Deadline and detail oriented
· Strong leadership qualities
· Must be able to pass background checks
