Position: Allied Healthcare Recruiter

Shift : Day, Mon thru Fri 8am -4:30pm in office

Job Summary
The Allied Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified allied healthcare professionals in temporary, contract, travel, and permanent positions. This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for allied healthcare professionals including:
Radiologic Technologists (CT, MRI, X-ray)
Nuclear Medicine Technologists
Ultrasound Technologists
Respiratory Therapists
Physical & Occupational Therapists
Cath Lab Technicians
Medical Laboratory Technicians
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and database mining.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, certifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Verify licenses and certifications (ARRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.).
Coordinate onboarding documentation including compliance, immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings.
Negotiate pay rates, contracts, and assignment details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet weekly/monthly placement targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration.
3–5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
