Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree from a college. • A minimum of five years of experience in customer service within the commercial insurance industry is required. • Holding a Michigan PC Insurance License is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Agency Management Systems (preferably AMS360) is necessary. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
