    We're looking for an insurance office assistant to help our busy team! You’ll answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the right person to make sure we deliver the best possible client service. You’ll also keep our office organized by filing paperwork and keeping track of expenses. Responsibilities: • Buy materials for the office when supplies run low and schedule maintenance for office equipment, when necessary • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available • Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction • Step in to help other departments when needed • Plan for office events, appointments, and travel for the company Qualifications: • Proficient data entry skills • High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree in business administration or related field preferred • Great written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • Two years of prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred • Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and standard word-processing programs Compensation: $35,500
