ALLIED RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION BRANCH MANAGER

We are looking for a Construction Branch Manager, who wants an exciting and profitable career in the Restoration Industry!!! Join a team whose culture is to treat our Employees just like we treat our customers, with RESPECT!!

RESPONSIBILITIES INVOLVE:

· Cost management and Branch profitability

· Sales

· Quality control

· Customer relations and customer service

· Process management

· Manage and supervise the Mitigation group

· Manage and supervise the activities of Project Managers

· Training and employee development

· Asset and material management

· Develop and secure relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers

· Manage the Safety Program ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and the customers

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Xactimate Estimating

· Restoration Project Management (Construction)

· Creating Work Orders

· Residential Construction

· General Knowledge of Insurance Industry

· Computer skills

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):

· Water / Mold Mitigation (preferably WTR or ASD IICRC Certified)

· Fire Restoration and Contents Cleaning
