  • Responsibilities

    CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to C-Suite leaders in our Alexandria, VA Headquarters. The Executive Assistant will support governance activities, complete financial analyses, and gather and analyze operations data. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and planning meetings on behalf of C-Suite leaders, preparing monthly Operations and Financial meetings and briefings, conducting research and analysis, assisting with quarterly Board of Directors meetings, and regularly interfacing with the company’s senior leadership.

     

    DUTIES:

    • Support Chief Operations Officer (COO) business planning; yearly off-site planning, coordination, and execution; data collection and reporting; document management; coordinating and collating confidential and highly sensitive data; and coordinating, scheduling, and documenting a variety of meetings.
    • Perform, under Chief Financial Officer (CFO) guidance, CALIBRE business analysis and prepare briefings and reports for the Corporate Officers, Corporate Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
    • Serve as the point of contact for the COO’s and CFO’s front office among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
    • Maintain COO’s and CFO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
    • Draft company-wide correspondence on behalf of the COO and CFO.
    • Maintain a tracking system for action items and coordinating/collaborating with various CALIBRE business units.
    • Identify and prioritize COO and CFO deliverables
    • Independently perform research and complex administrative responsibilities, and independently prepare reports and briefings for management
    • Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with corporate managers and business partners is expected

    Required Skills

    • Intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
    • Candidate must be articulate and able to communicate clearly at the senior executive level.
    • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of operational stakeholders.
    • Strong writing skills and an introductory understanding of corporate finance to assist with preparing operational and financial reports and presentations.
    • Ability to act as information gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
    • Candidate must be able to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
    • Candidate must exercise exceptional attention to detail

    Required Experience

    • At least three years’ experience in Government Contracting or in an Executive Administrative support position is required.
    • Must have an active, or able to obtain a, Secret Clearance.
    • BA/BS degree (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)

     

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience with the Department of Defense is desirable.
