    Provide excellent customer service to guests who visit our alligator park, making a connection with people in a fun and entertaining way. Learn about American alligators and use this knowledge to engage with guests to give them a once-in-a-lifetime memory of their time at Gator Beach. Assist with day-to-day operations of the park, including cash register operations, our photo studio, and handling juvenile alligators in a safe and entertaining manner.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

    -Greet guests promptly and with enthusiasm to create a welcoming and engaging experience

    · Educate guests on alligator biology, behavior, and safety

    · Handle alligators safely and respectfully following Gator Beach protocols

    · Prioritize the safety and well-being of both the animals and individuals involved

    · Deliver presentations to guests about the alligators, pond, and overall park

    · Provide tours to VIP guests to show them around the park, including the opening procedure

    · Work collaboratively with other handlers and staff to deliver a seamless guest experience

    · Complies with all Fudpucker’s policies and procedures as per the Employee Handbook.

    · Other duties as assigned by management

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant and friendly demeanor.

    · High school graduate or equivalent desired

    · Ability to follow instructions carefully and remain calm under pressure

    · Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Sunday

    · Must be 18 years or older

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

    · Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length.

    · Must be able to work at least 8 hours without a break.

    · Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods of time.

    · Must have the ability to lift gators weighing up to 30 pounds frequently, following all safety procedures, and carry them up and down stairs.

    · May be exposed to wet floors, noise, and temperature extremes.

    · May be required to perform diverse physical tasks

    · This an outside job, so high heat may be present throughout the shifts
