I'm in search of a nanny who is available 2-3 days a week (preferably M-W-F) starting in mid-January from approximately 8-6 to watch an almost 3 year old and 4 month old. If this person is available before then, I could also make use of her this fall while I'm on maternity leave to help with the toddler. The hours while I'm on leave would be much more flexible and just to provide me with help from time to time. We have one dog, so you must be comfortable with pets.
