Looking to fill contract to hire positions with a large managed care company.

Must have call center/data entry in a medical field experience.

Description:

• IDEAL BACKGROUND: Prior authorization history, referrals, MD office, Medical Assistant.
  
  TOP REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate, punctual, communication, initiative.
  
  Preferred Experience:Prior auth, MA, office MD referral background.

   

   

• Position includes triaging case for records, making outreaches for records if needed, and uploading medical records from fax server.
• Position includes a daily production metric of completing 35 cases per day/735 cases per month from pending census.
• This position will also provide support in troubleshooting any authorization related issues identified by the Medical Management staff.
• Includes managing incoming calls, managing requests for services from providers/members, providing information on available network services and transferring members as appropriate to clinical staff.
• Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. Position needed to provide occasional weekend coverage to assure cases remain compliant with CMS turnaround times.
• Position requires employee to be computer literate and able to multi-task while utilizing multiple monitors.
• Call center and data entry experience.
