A large managed care organization has a Full-time CONTRACT TO HIRE Position for a communications specialist.
Must have one to two years of related work experience, along with excellent communication skills, and professional demeanor.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years professional experience. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• 2-5 years professional experience in marketing, communications, digital communications, or related field

• Working knowledge of AP Style
Essential Job Functions
1. Position will require employee to assist with operational and marketing patient communications.
2. Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents, performs all other related duties as assigned including but not limited to: Copywriting, editing, routing for approvals, creating engaging content for email and patient letters to increase patient satisfaction, tracking tasks in a web-based project management platform, tracking reporting metrics, corresponding with stakeholders and leadership, gathering and analyzing data to make decisions on next steps, using Excel and other MS Office apps to report and exchange data, and keeping communications projects on schedule.
