Large managed care company looking to fill a contract opportunity for a pharmacist lasting until mid December.

Description:

Specific Duties:
1. Work as a "production pharmacist" reviewing sterile compound work order for accuracy and completeness prior to compounding per policy.
2 Perform final quality check of all compounded products
3. Supervise compounding technician in the sterile complex per policy
4. Perform final check of all shipping products in the warehouse
5.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Min of 1 year working in the hospital setting or home infusion pharmacy preferred
2. knowledge of USP 797
3. current CA pharmacy license

Shift Start/End Time: 8:30-5

Dress Code: casual

Must be able to work while standing for extended period of time
