Large managed care company looking to fill a contract RN role to conduct home health assessments in Philadelphia, PA.


Duties:

Provides home care visits to patients in 45 mile radius of City Center of Philadelphia. Visits could be follow up visits for specific medical issues, administration of influenza vaccines, or performing in home diabetic retinopathy exams (training provided).

Requirements:
RN license. Must have valid driver's license and own car. Home Health Experience. Knowledge of HEDIS and STAR gap closure.
