A Large Healthcare Organization is looking for a Contract to HIRE Call Center LPN/LVN

Description:

MUST BE A LICENSED LVN in the state of TX

Specific Duties:
1\. Answer inbound patient medication refill calls
2\. Follow enterprise medication refill protocols
3\. Document each transaction thoroughly and accurately
4\. Utilize the electronic medical record to access and document information
5\. Answer/place outbound other types of calls as needed
Must have qualifications/experience:
1\. Unrestricted nurses license in the state of Texas
2\. Ability to work in a structured call center environment/schedule
3\. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred*********

Shift Start/End Time: 8am - 5:30pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Are there any specific health screens required? No
Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred UHG facility and location code, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.)- this is remote but the candidate must live around the San Antonio, TX area
