Large managed care company looking to fill a contract position billing/collections representative.

Description:

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (please be detailed on what they will be doing day to day)
1. Submission of paper and electronic claims
2. Insurance AR follow up- contact insurances, sending appeals/reconsiderations
3. Incoming patient calls
4. Process patient phone payments
5. Review paper denials, zero EOB’s, incoming faxes

What software skills are needed? Basic Microsoft office, Allscripts PM a plus but not needed
What are the hours? ( Training hours?) 8:30am-5:00pm M-F
