    Description: Clinical Program Manager We’re seeking an organized, agile, and inquisitive Clinical Program Manager to join our team. We want someone who will help us ensure achievement of program goals, objectives, and timelines. The ideal candidate for this position will be a problem solver who can manage multiple projects in a clinical environment. We need flexible individuals who thrive in ambiguity, understand minimal viable product testing and exploration processes and are excited to work in a start-up type environment. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and track programs against program goals and objectives • Monitor and report program progress • Manage resources and work loads • Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment and data collection according to protocol and sponsor requirements • Facilitate collaboration amongst internal cross-functional teams and external partners • Function as a project manager collaborating with research directors, scientists, and our leadership team developing research programs consistent with study design and specifications • Drive for clear specifications and timing to advance research goals and deliverables • Achieve timely and accurate program outputs • Achieve high level of user satisfaction (specifically patient satisfaction) • Review, document, and analyze processes to identify process opportunities • Proactively identify operational challenges and obstacles, while managing the escalation and resolution of issues • Lead or support initiatives to continuously improve existing processes or to establish new ones Desired Attributes • Ability to understand technology, tools, and devices used in experimental programs • Ability to write, understand, and interpret protocols for clinical and non-clinical settings • Very strong organizational skills and a proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem solving • Self-directed and resourceful • Driven for results • Ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to change and pivot course of direction quickly in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication (presentation, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Self-directed and resourceful • Ability to understand technology, tools, and devices used in programs • Good balance of strategic and tactical thought processes • Interest in healthcare innovation and proving out new concepts • Ability to lead cross functional team members Qualifications • Degree in Management, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field • 1+ years leading work and managing resources and a clinical environment • Ability to travel if/when needed
