LARGE MANAGED CARE COMPANY LOOKING FOR SPANISH SPEAKING CANDIDATE FOR A CONTRACT ROLE LASTING UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER.

Position Description:

The Intake Nurse reports directly to the Intake Manager. He/She will work in cooperation with the Network Services Department and Case Management to ensure that we are providing the highest quality service to our clients.

Referrals:

Reviews available referral information and obtains enough additional information to complete the pre-screen and make a recommendation to the client within appropriate time frames, if applicable. f necessary, utilizes available resources to make best determination for opening or not opening a case. Completes and forwards recommendations to the clients within appropriate time frames. Communicates frequently with clients both written and verbally. Monitors the status recommendations, sending reminder notices as appropriate. Delivers cases timely to Case Management Supervisors for assignment. Communicates with Case Management Supervisors regarding difficult or unusual situations in cases. Data entry Answering phones Knowledge of Outlook, Salesforce, Rightfax
