LARGE MANAGED CARE COMPANY LOOKING TO FILL CONTRACT POSITIONS ON A LONG-TERM CONTRACT LASTING APPROXIMATELY THROUGH THE END OF JANUARY 2020.
MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRIME SYSTEM.
This is a support position in the Risk Management Department. The Candidate distributes incoming audit responses to team. The priority is answering live calls coming into the general phone line, and performing administrative functions related to office communications. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Mail, e-mail, phones and fax distributions to team members Answer live calls coming into the general lines from employers, brokers, sales, and internal customer service areas Maintain internal tracking database for assigned groups Manage manual letters and mailings as needed MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in health insurance and/or auditing Strong insurance knowledge and background Strong customer service skills
