A large managed care organization has a full-time dayshift contract job for an experienced  LPN who likes a call center environment.

QUALIFICATIONS : 

• LPN with high volume call experience 
• Computer savvy 
• Outlook, Excel, etc…
• high phone call volume exp 
• Covid vaccinatination required

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• making anywhere between 80-100 calls per day.
• contacting patients to ensure that they're up-to-date with their health screenings
• offering patients an opportunity to get their health screenings via various methods – mobile events, telehealth visits, in-office PCP schedules.
•  some screenings over the phone, such as checking their Blood Pressure, doing health questionnaires,
• if a patient was recently discharged from the hospital, the Clinical Rep will work as an “advocate” for the patient and assist them in scheduling their follow-up visits.
