top 5-10 responsibilities for this position

1. Conduct chart audits for primary care services at six contracted sites located throughout San Diego county.
2. Enter the data from the chart audits into an Access database.
3. Provide assistance with reviewing and analyzing the data findings.
4. Attend the Standards of Care Committee meeting in March 2018 to assist the Director of Operations in presenting the data to the committee.

***Unrestricted California RN license. Previous quality chart audit experience is required. ***

This individual will work autonomously once they are instructed on how to access the medical charts.

General Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel & Access.

The hours are going to vary based on the clinic schedules.

Work will be conducted Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

This position will conduct quality chart audits for Primary Care services (HIV chart audits) delivered at community clinics located throughout San Diego county. The contractor must have a current CA RN license and have prior experience with conducting quality chart audits. The contactor must be flexible as some days the numbers of hours will vary based on the size of the clinic site. The contactor must have the ability to travel to multiple sites throughout San Diego county.

There will be separate reimbursement for mileage.
