    Job Title

    Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

    Duties &Responsibilities

    Candidate will configure the Oracle HCM application for workflow changes, data fields, and integrations associated with the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have an inquisitive attitude, and successfully solve problems. Candidate must have the ability to interact and work collaboratively with a diverse set of users (developers, testers, customers, team leads, management, system users, etc.).

    · Provide technical knowledge/expertise to support the requirements decomposition and design of system functions utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud;

    · Implement changes/enhancements within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment to configure it to meet requirements/designs identified;

    · Map data into the HCM Cloud and work with other developers for data migration development;

    · Develop/configure reports within Oracle HCM Cloud;

    · Consider configuration management, security, quality control in designs/implementations;

    · Resolve requests for assistance in troubleshooting issues assigned to the development team;

    · Support activities for system functionality testing;

    · Document, track, and update tickets associated to the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation;

    · Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a position of public trust

    Requirements

    · Hands on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in an implementation role or technical role (e.g., Oracle Fusion tables, configuration rules and parameters, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher);

    · Knowledge of Oracle APIs, interfaces, and development standards

    · Need a solid IT System Engineer

    · Hands on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in an implementation role or technical role (e.g., Oracle Fusion tables, configuration rules and parameters, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher);

    · Knowledge of Oracle APIs, interfaces, and development standards

    · Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9+ years of professional experience; or 7+ years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority

    Other Details

    Desired Skills:

    · Knowledge of Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Java, Oracle Application Framework, and JSP)

    · Oracle EBS (EBusiness Suite) including knowledge of underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture

    · Related domain knowledge (human resources)

    · Experience in web-based application development using HTML, JavaScript and Java; Experience with web services (WSDSL/SOAP/XML)

    · Working knowledge of UNIX operating systems and distributed system concepts

    · Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing methodologies
